For both new and returning players, the aim is consistent: clear feedback, measurable improvement, and a teaching relationship built to support long-term growth.
Your InstructorWith more than thirty years in the game and over 30,000 hours of teaching, Don brings a clear, disciplined approach to instruction. As a PGA Teaching Professional, his background across competitive play and player development shapes a method rooted in fundamentals, ball flight, and individual mechanics. He helps golfers understand their strengths, build consistency, and make confident decisions on the course - always through calm guidance, precise adjustments, and steady progress over time.
Don qualified as a PGA professional in 2000. He has since competed on various golf tours, coaches players of all abilities, and welcomes newcomers to the game.
Don has worked with David Ridley and Brian Hemmings, both involved with the England Coaching Staff as Head Coach and Sports Performance Coach respectively.

This is paired with swing analysis using Doppler radar launch monitor technology and detailed ball flight assessment. We’ll also practice shot-saving drills and techniques on and around the green, culminating in a comprehensive playing assessment on the golf course.
